We used to hate going to the dentist until we started using WDC. Their knowledgeable staff is friendly and concerned with your well being. Their clerical staff is very courteous and helpful- filing our insurance and keeping proper billing statements. Kristi is our dental hygienist and is very gentle while cleaning our teeth. Both of us have periodontal problems, and the attention to detail by WDC has improved the health of our gums and teeth. When making an appointment, the time slated for the appointment is the time that you are called back to the chair. Dr. Harrelson ensures that any numbing process has taken affect before he begins any procedure to ensure an agreeable experience. "It was nice to visit a doctor and not have to wait for an hour or more after the appointment to see the doctor. Everyone in the clinic was super nice and very helpful. I felt very comfortable while getting my teeth cleaned and loved the view outside the window...very relaxing.
I get a little nervous at times with dentist, but did not feel that way at all during my visit. I was very pleased with my visit at Willowbrook and plan to continue using this dental center and hope to move my husband to this center soon."
